Human Body Systems (HBS)
Human Body Systems is the second course in the Biomedical Sciences Pathway, taken after Principles of Biomedical Sciences. Throughout the course, students will discover the various identities and functions of body structures and how they work together. In order to apply this knowledge, students will build each organ system as they learn onto a model of the human body. Specialized computer software is also used to study various bodily functions, both voluntary and involuntary.
